Are you able to work within a specific budget?

Yes, we can work within a specific budget as long as it's realistic. Should the budget be too low to maintain our standards, we will let you know. We want to ensure that your experience meets our high quality standards and we don't accept any compromises that could jeopardize our reputation.

How many people are you taking with you on your trips?

Good things come in small packages, which is why we limit our group sizes to a maximum of 24 people. Our group sizes are on average 10 people.

Is there a minimum age?

Yes! There is a minimum age of 18 years for all our Swiss Vibes exclusive trips. Tailored trips do not require a minimum age, but a legal representative or parent must sign a contract.

I am a solo traveller - do I have to pay a single room supplement?

Swiss Vibes Exclusive Travel does not incur any additional costs for single travelers. Everyone gets the same price. However, if you wish to have your own room, there will be an additional charge as prices are based on available beds and not on the basis of rooms.

What accommodation is provided and do I have to share it with other members of the group?

Swiss vibes always provides luxurious accommodation. That means 4 or 5 star hotel, villa or apartment. Yes, rooms must be shared with other members, but never with the opposite sex. A private room can always be requested at an additional cost.

Will I have some free time?

Yes, of course! There will always be a program with enough free time for everyone. It can only be tight on weekend trips, depending on how many activities you book.

I am an elderly traveller - Can I join your trips?

Everyone is welcome on our trips, but our target audience on Siwss Vibes' exclusive trips is between 18 and 35, as many nightlife activities are included. If you're comfortable with it, age is just a number

What payment options does Swiss Vibes offer me?

Full payments: Are possible via PayPal transaction or credit card. Partial payment: Is also possible for certain trips. In this case, a deposit must be paid to confirm your booking. The remaining outstanding amount must be paid by the deadline stated in your confirmation email.

How long in advance should I book?

All travel arrangements should be booked at least 72 hours in advance. For tailor-made trips, we highly recommend booking at least four weeks in advance. For larger groups, we recommend booking a few months in advance. This gives us a better chance of organising the best for you.

Can I add an extra night at the start or end of my group trip?

I'm sure we can offer you a solution. Please contact us directly at least 10 days in advance.

How long before departure should I arrive?

Our trips usually start with a flight. I would follow the airline's instructions to get there on time. A detailed schedule will be provided to all participants a few days before the start of the trip.

What type of luggage should I bring?

Normally, the less the better. I prefer to pack in a practical way, but sometimes that's not possible. In any case, I would bring comfortable luggage that you can carry yourself.

Do you sell flights?

Yes we do. We sell individual seats as well as entire flight charter offers.

Do I need insurance?

Travel insurance is mandatory for all our trips when traveling internationally. We require that you have insurance for at least medical expenses, including emergency repatriation. If you are traveling within your home country or region, please ensure that you have easy access to the public health system in the event of an accident.

We strongly recommend that all travelers take out insurance that also covers COVID-19, personal liability, cancellation, trip interruption, and loss of luggage or personal belongings. When traveling internationally, you won't be admitted to the group until your guide has seen proof of travel insurance and the insurance company's 24-hour emergency number. I have special dietary requirements — is that a problem?

We will do our best to meet all dietary requirements, but in some remote locations it can be very difficult to guarantee this. We'll let you know if there are places on your itinerary where this is the case. Please let us know at time of booking if you need specific foods or have allergies. It's also a good idea to bring a card with your meal preferences in the local language if you're eating outside the group.

How do I organize my visa?

Please contact your local embassy or visit a travel agent to arrange your visa (s).

What medical requirements and vaccinations are required?

Medical requirements and vaccination requirements vary from country to country, and as we are not medical professionals, we are unfortunately unable to provide advice on this subject. Please check your local authority websites or contact a travel doctor for the latest vaccination requirements.

How often will I have to cook?

With Swiss Vibes Exclusive Travel, you never have to cook unless you want to. With individual trips, you can decide for yourself how often you want to cook, from always to never.

Where is the best place to get medical advice before a trip?

The home doctor or travel doctor is 100% certain. If in doubt, don't hesitate to ask us for help.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed on our Swiss Vibes Exclusive Trips. However, for individual trips, we have pet friendly options.
